Here's what's up with the winners of Bigg Boss so far

Rahul Roy (Season 1): The winner of the inaugural season of Bigg Boss in 2006-07, Rahul Roy went on to start his own production house, with Bhojpuri film 'Elaan' having a successful release in 2011. It is being speculated that Rahul Roy might return to acting by the end of this year, putting an end to a long hiatus. Roy is best known for his super hit debut film, 'Aashiqui' way back in 1990.

Ashutosh Kaushik (Season 2): This contestant was riding on fame even before coming to the Bigg Boss house, having won the Roadies title earlier. Kaushik was last seen in the Bollywood flick 'Zila Ghaziabad' (2013) alongside Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi but the film fared poorly in the box office.

Vindu Dara Singh (Season 3): Apart from playing a supporting role in 'Son of Sardar', Vindu Dara Singh has been in the spotlight since 2013 mainly because of suspicions of his involvement in the IPL match-fixing scandal.

Shweta Tiwari (Season 4): The Bigg Boss title may have done wonders for her, as she kept on appearing in TV serials and films since her win. Shweta has also been hosting the Rangoli series on DD National since 2012. She also participated in the celebrity dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa in 2013.

Juhi Parmar (Season 5): Before Bigg Boss happened, Juhi Parmar was known for her role in the popular TV serial ‘Kumkum’. Marriage with TV actor Sachin Shroff took place post Bigg Boss and she has almost vanished from the scene since then.

Urvashi Dholakia (Season 6): Urvashi came to be widely known for her role as Komolika, the evil vamp, in Kasautii Zindagii Kay. Post Bigg Boss, she hasn't been much active, with a few guest roles here and there.

Gauahar Khan (Season 7): This Bigg Boss winner was slapped by a man last year on stage for wearing a short dress. Khan has had a 5-year stint performing in the Bollywood musical Zangoora, which is shown in Kingdom of Dreams, Gurgaon.

Gautam Gulati (Season 8): The latest winner of the Bigg Boss title has his careergraph pointing to the sky ever since he achieved the coveted title. The actor has landed up with a deal for a show called MTV Big F, but he will try and leave a landmark in the Emraan Hashmi-starrer 'Azhar', where he is set to play the role of ex-India cricketer Ravi Shastri. Now that's how you utilize fame!
