Veteran actress Salma Agha, who shot to fame in Bollywood with Nikaah (1982), will soon be seen on small screen. If all goes well, the Pakistani-British actress and her daughter Sasha Agha could possibly be a part of controversial reality TV show, ‘Bigg Boss 9’ this year.
“Both of them have been approached for this season as the show’s tagline is double-trouble. Infact, they were approached earlier as well but this time they may just end up participating,” reveals our source.
Sasha Agha, who had made her debut opposite Arjun Kapoor in YRF’s ‘Aurangazeb’, couldn’t make a dent despite being launched by Bollywood’s premiere film production house. The actress later did a movie named ‘Desi Kattey’ which too tanked at the box-office. Sasha was last in news when reports of alleged trouble in her marriage with her musician husband, Sachin Gupta surfaced. It was reported that Sasha had married Sachin against her mother Salma’s will.
We couldn’t reach Sasha and Salma for a comment. Our text to Colors CEO Raj Nayak too went unanswered.
