Burberry model Neelam Gill recently opened up about racist abuses targeted her and her dating life. On the other hand, the alleged couples fans' want to see Zayn Malik and Neelam Gill as a couple in Salman Khan's show "Bigg Boss 9" show.
Speaking to the Evening Standard via Sugarscape, the young model stated, "The comments I've received have been 90 per cent good. But one bad remark can ruin your day." She added, "I don't care if people call me ugly but when it is about your skin colour that is unacceptable. I can't believe some messages aren't taken down from news sites. I see comments such as 'she is black as f--k', or 'like that refugee I saw on TV', and then they find my family and troll them."
And as Gill steals the spotlight after booking shows on Burberry, she is now using her famous identity by doing an anti- bullying campaign. According to reports, the model met up with Harnaam Kaur in West London on Sunday to create a video together about the effects of bullying because of a person's look.
And while she was pretty busy on her anti- bullying campaign, Malik reportedly flew to Los Angeles to meet up with Gill. But amidst the allegations, she insisted that that she doesn't want to get involved with anyone soon. She even took to her Instagram account, "haha thanks but I'm team single." The model claimed that people kept on thinking they know what they're talking about, but they have no idea. She added, "ha... people and their opinions. they think they know but have no idea."
On the other hand, the audience of Salman Khan's event "Bigg Boss 9" wants to see the rumored couple Zayn Malik and Neelam Gill as a couple in the upcoming show, according to a poll conducted by IBTimes India. The show's current theme is "Double Trouble" which suggested that contestants might come in pairs. Ten pairs were provided in the poll, some of which included Ankita and Karan Patel, Asha Negi and Rithvik Dhanjani, Rashmi Desai and Nandish Sandhu, Esha Deol and Bharat Takhtani, Zayn Malik and Neelam Gill, and many more.
Meanwhile, although Gill kept on insisting that she and Malik are not an item, fans kept on believing that the pair is adorable as a couple. The fans of the poll are even desperate to see the solo artist and Burberry model in the show. They even got the highest votes, garnering 44.1% of the total votes.
